JW MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP (and its agent) can handle the entire entertainment process from booking the performers to coordinating the logistics and production. Once a potential client completes the entertainment request form onsite, an agent follows up immediately via e-mail or telephone. The agent provides to the client the following: pricing, availability of the performing act(s) requested, the proposal to be offered and accepted.
The client can also request the handling of production services that could include several options from which to select, i.e., airline flights, hotels, ground transportation, sound, lights, staging, backline equipment and miscellaneous rider requirements. In addition to handling all of the pre-production duties, a team is sent onsite for the event to coordinate everything from load in to load out, making sure the selected entertainment has everything that is needed to ensure readiness and a timely start, as per the client's scheduling needs.
The talented agents at JW MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT handle the entire process from booking the acts to handling the logistics and production. Once a professional event planner or consumer shares what they want, an agent follows up immediately via email or telephone. The agent provides pricing and availability for the act(s) in question until an offer is made to the appropriate act and accepted. The client can then request that production is handled as well, which would include everything from flights to hotels, limos, sound, lights, equipment and the 'misc. rider requirements'. The production team is then sent on-site for the event to coordinate the entertainment to start exactly on time as per the client's scheduling needs.
